REMOOVE, with its qualified partners, conceives systemic projects of accessible and inclusive tourism and travel by applying methods of listening, design thinking, participatory planning and Universal Design to maximize the usability, enjoyment and accessibility of the environment, products, services and events, rethinking them to be suitable for everyone's abilities, potential and needs.

REMOOVE supports local public or private entities in the development of projects and operational plans through consultancy for accessible and inclusive tourist destinations and cities.

Our methodology starts from a strategic consultancy to collect information, objectives, critical issues, tools, and design applicable and effective operational plans.

REMOOVE offers consultancy for tourist destinations and local authorities in order to build an inclusive tourist offer. This is possible by following a data-driven methodology, i.e. based on data from both authoritative sources and on-site surveys carried out by our team.

We analyze the territories to map strengths or weaknesses, opportunities and resources to be valued in terms of product, mobility, hospitality, services to citizens and tourists from an accessible point of view.

We involve local operators who welcome tourists to share visions and strategies spread through listening, audit and analysis.

REMOOVE offers training courses concerning accessible and inclusive tourism. In order to build a shared, replicable and long-lasting accessibility model in a tourist destination, it is necessary to invest in training all public and private subjects operating at the destination.

Tourist information and reception offices, tourism newsrooms, public personnel, hoteliers and local operators: we develop customized training plans to ensure the highest level of knowledge on inclusive tourism throughout the territory.

REMOOVE is a strategic partner of hotels, bed & breakfasts and accommodation facilities that intend to adopt a new business model with a view to inclusive tourism.
